About Dents
British made since 1777. Starting from a small wooden house in Wood Street, Worcester, John Dent’s innovative spirit, creativity, and belief in quality craftsmanship set a new standard for glove-making. Quality is everything. Where other manufacturers have adopted mechanization, mass production, and offshore manufacturing, Dents continue to rely on true craftsmen. All their gloves are British-designed and made in their custom-built Warminster factory. They oversee every stage of production from choosing and cutting the leather to quality control enabling them to maintain exacting standards.

If you are not sure about your glove size, measure the hand you normally write with at its widest point in inches (excluding the thumb), then round down to the nearest half or whole number – this will be your glove size.

Gloves sizes come in half and whole numbers, between 7½ and 11½ for men and 6 and 8½ for women. For example, if your hand measures 8½ inches around its widest point (excluding the thumb), your glove size is 8½.

If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size. Gloves should be snug at first but will stretch.
